The Midnight Caravan is a nomadic Anarch convoy primarily composed of Ravnos who traverse the Pacific Northwest in campers and RVs, refusing territory or long-term ties. Led by Kalila Petrova with strategic support from Darius Corvinus, they operate as drifters and tricksters—masters of misdirection who vanish when authorities seek them and maintain tight internal codes including not staying long in one place. The Caravan maintains ghoul families who manage daylight affairs and vehicles, and includes specialists (scout, medic, tech hacker) to keep the group viable on the road; their relationship with Seattle’s Anarchs is ambivalent—welcome yet not fully trusted.
