It functions as a meeting ground, informal command center, and a place where fighters and organizers gather. It is described as the “beating heart of Anarch Seattle”; Rosa Martinez lives in an apartment above it. The Sheriff and a Nosferatu are aware of and monitor the site. The venue has been depicted as noisy, lawless, and politically combustible; Rowan Vega was hunted there and implicated in events tied to Anarch activity.
