Planetar (celestial)

A Planetar was summoned by Séantal at Szass Tam's estate; it read the Covenant of the Black Hand, declared Bane's claim conditional, noted Bane's weakened standing in divine and infernal courts, and advised the party that protections against Bane should be requested in the ritual.
