Elzerina Cassalanter

One of the Cassalanter twins who approached the party after they discovered the hidden chamber; bound to a warlock pact with Glasya, Elzerina seeks violent vengeance for her family's role in the sacrifice of the ninety-nine and the transformation of their eldest brother. She negotiated an informal truce with the party: cease bombings in exchange for their help bringing the parents to justice.

Elzerina Cassalanter was born into one of Waterdeep’s most admired noble families, raised among marble halls, silver place settings, soft-spoken tutors, and the kind of manners that teach a child how to smile while someone else decides her future. For years, she played the part expected of her: dutiful daughter, elegant heiress, pretty ornament at the edge of her parents’ charitable empire. Then something broke. Whatever she learned inside Cassalanter Villa was enough to send her fleeing into the Docks Ward with her brother, trading silk slippers for scuffed boots and family protection for locked windows, false names, and knives hidden under borrowed coats.

Elzerina has not softened in exile. If anything, hunger, fear, and salt air have sharpened her into something bright and dangerous. She still speaks like a noble when it suits her, but now the courtesy comes with teeth: a young woman who knows exactly how Waterdeep’s powerful lie, because she was raised by masters of the art. Among dockside informants, debtors, servants, and outcasts, Elzerina has begun gathering names, favors, and ugly little truths, all aimed back at the house that made her. She does not want pity. She does not want rescue. She wants the city to look at House Cassalanter and finally see what its beauty has been built to hide.

One of the Cassalanter twins; hiding behind the inn's wall with Terenzio; reacted with stunned/starstruck surprise when told the party had fought Neferis; was offered safe refuge in Baldur's Gate to await the elder Cassalanters' prosecution and later to serve as witnesses.
